Context
Vetapp in on a mission to enhance veterinarian's expertise through a "teleconsultation" and "teleexpertise" solution. In concrete terms, pet owners can consult their veterinarian online and veterinarians can follow up on the animal with their colleagues in a simple and centralized manner.

Challenge
Vetapp is aimed at three targets, each with different needs and pain points. Highlighting the benefits of the app to the 3 targets without compromising the browsing experience was the main challenge of this redesign. The SEO issue was just as important because we had to ensure a perfect migration from Wordpress to Webflow without losing organic traffic.
Solution
The first solution was to categorize the user from the homepage to give it a personalized navigation experience. A graphic ecosystem specific to each target was designed and personalized illustrations highlight the advantages of each solution. A blog created from the Webflow CMS allows the marketing team to create articles independently and thus generate organic traffic.

Results
The bounce rate dropped by 15% while the average session duration was multiplied by two. Targeted landing pages allowed to launch highly targeted advertising campaigns while reducing the acquisition cost of a veterinarian or pet owner. Finally, half of the organic traffic was gained from blog posts written by Vetapp.
